Customer feedback is vital to continually improve the eQuaLearn professional development program. The Q2 2010 customer response shows that:
100% rated the instructor has excellent, very good or good with 100% stating that the instructor’s knowledge of the subject matter was excellent, very good or good.
96% gave the course they attended an overall rating of excellent, very good or good with 94% agreeing that the course was effective in equipping them with knowledge or skills that can be applied on the job.
