Careers

PRI is a service organization that embraces continuous improvement and teamwork. Over the years, staff has worked diligently to combine its actions with the desired culture. A culture that inspires ideas, both big and small…a culture that fosters pride in our work and our organization. When you are employed by PRI, you become part of a working team. All business units interact to some extent and are therefore dependent upon each other. Teamwork and cooperation among all employees and between Business Units is essential. You are important in making the team successful.

PRI distinguishes itself from other companies through our emphasis on the values of leadership and teamwork. We are committed to placing our customers first and to show integrity in all we do. From respect for each other and dedication to our customers, we have managed to create a culture in which each employee has the opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute.

PRI offers a range of programs to build new skills, improve on existing ones, and to create a company of individuals working together toward a common goal. We provide internal staff trainings several times each year and hold annual leadership and training events for all staff members. PRI also offers an Educational Assistance Program that allows PRI employees to advance their careers by helping fund continuing course work toward secondary education, bachelor, or graduate degrees.

We value our employees' efforts, and provide them with a competitive benefits package. In addition to traditional benefits, PRI offers its employees:

• Flexible Work Life – PRI recognizes the varying needs in our employees lives, and offers flexible policies to accommodate many of these individual needs, such as telecommuting, and flex time.

• Open Door Philosophy – All employees are encouraged to bring ideas and questions through the management chain, in the belief that an open door policy opens opportunities for everyone.

• Facilities – PRI has state-of-the-art facilities that provide employees with an accessible, comfortable, and welcoming work environment. Our employees have the tools that they need to perform their best work.

• Environment – PRI’s work environment is friendly and professional and the dress is business casual.
