Associate Prime Program

A contractor who, for business reasons, cannot take advantage of the existing Nadcap subscription agreement.

Subscription to no more than 5 programs – maximum of 100 suppliers
Subscription to 6 or more programs – maximum of 175 suppliers

• Communicate acceptance or requirement of Nadcap accreditation to suppliers
• Submit supplier listing for each subscribing program to PRI
• Payment of $1,000 per program per annum

• Access to the Qualified Manufacturers List (QML)
• Supplier Advisories via e-mail/ fax
• Access to audit reports ($75 per copy)
• Listing privilege to the Nadcap Subscriber Matrix

• No official vote on any standing committee or task group
• Inability to hold both Associate & Full Prime status at the same time
